Bookmarks

I have given up on getting my Google bookmarks to reappear. I tried every trick mentioned on the help lists, and no dice. I know there are other bookmark programs out there that travel with you. What do you all recommend? I'd like something that does nested folders for the bookmarks, as well as something that allows you to have the same bookmark in two different folders (so I could have a shisha embroidery tutorial in a folder Dance-->Costumes as well as a separate folder for Crafts). Suggestions and recommendations? Thanks!
