I was singing to some CDs last night. That's an increasing rarity these days, but if it happens, it's never when anyone else can hear me. And I came to the unfortunate but undeniable conclusion that my voice as it is today, thanks to decades of neglect and abuse, is kind of great for country music. This song is perfectly in my register:
