msmitti came over last night for dance practice and I thought I killed my thighs. They were shaking when I walked around the house afterward. They aren't sore today, though, so that's really cool. Means I've been working them consistently enough (even with skipping CrossFit) to keep from developing DOMS after a vigorous workout.

Tonight, mckitterick and I are going to try sparring again. And maybe some bag-punching. Give my legs a little bit of a break.

Six and a half hours until vacation.
