Check out this creepy and fantastic Loki vid, set to the only song I like by Nick Cave. Perfection.

Opening day of Smoker went well. Yay for having an awesome Smoker crew! Thirty seconds into my first set I got my energy and performed my sets (I thought) pretty admirably. I'm judging that by the phenomenal tipping. For such a small crowd (fifty-eight in the audience), the tipping was very generous. Nice! I've never experienced an endorphin high from exercise, but I love the boost I get from performing. By the time I got home, though, I had barely enough energy to shower and make something to eat. I sat on the couch and read porn for an hour so I could make myself stay awake for a little while. Going to bed at 8:00 is usually a bad idea.

I feel pretty good today, and will be heading out to site around noon-ish with [livejournal.com profile] msmitti to catch a couple shows, help set up for Smoker, and join the drum corp for the first time at Smoker.

And now: I get to eat breakfast.

Rules:
1. You must take between 6 and 8 new photographs per day.
2. Your WITL must be consecutive. No skipping days.
3. You must post your photographs at the end of that day, sometime after the last picture is taken. Not going to happen. I'll post mine the next morning.*
4. Each photograph must have the time taken beneath and a title, with no other explanation.

You must post these rules at your first entry, then link back to it for the other six days so that people will know wtf you're doing.

* Or whenever I can. Job duties come first!

Your post must say "A Week in the Life of [your name/username], Volume [whatever day you're on]." That's just silly. What? If you're looking at this post, you should know who's posting. And Volume? What?

And now, photos )
