I think the lighter blanket might be helping with my successful sleeping. I woke at 2:45a feeling a bit chilled. Not freezing cold, just not cozy. I turned the heated mattress pad up to 2 (it goes to 10) and fell back asleep within a reasonable amount of time. I didn't wake until I was supposed to, around 5:40a.

Possible success?



Still kinda tired today. I could probably fall asleep for a half hour nap right now if I could. And my legs feel heavy and weak. That happens a lot, though. I've never been able to pinpoint what causes it.
