This again already?
Nov. 14th, 2013 08:17 amIn a shocking display of consideration, my body waited until yesterday afternoon to start my period, so no cramps for the P!nk concert, yay! But it's making me pay for that by giving me some massive super serious cramps, bad enough to keep me home from work. Also, two nights of not enough/poor sleep in a row. Also also I couldn't bring myself to go to the gym last night so BUMMER I am only going to get to do my squat-centric workout one time (besides the Sunday's) this week.
Blah.
I'm mildly drunk at 8:20 in the morning, though, and have been so since 7:00, so that's nice. Once in a while I think "you know, these cramps aren't so bad--maybe I should have gone to work" and then I remember they're not so bad because I'm drunk.
If I get to a point where I feel I can function beyond sitting on the couch flipping between Tumblr and AO3, I might muster the energy to make some food.
I might look at buying some of those Woman Teas that are supposed to help with regulating cycles, etc. Without the weekly acupuncture treatments, I'm slipping back to a 22-23 day cycle and nasty cramps every time, which really sucks. If I gotta have the nasty cramps and nausea, it'd nice to at least have something closer to a 28-day cycle.
