Well that's depressing
Sep. 27th, 2014 10:57 amIt just occurred to me why every time I have the opportunity to work on the Chevelle, I'm kind of like "ehhhh, but I could do this other thing instead." I simply do not have the mental energy to learn something new (like work on the engine or pull and catalog the wiring), nor do I have the physical energy to do the grunt work (like sanding down the wheel wells or cutting the floor).
It's just so much easier to do something I can practically do in my sleep, like make more pairs of bloomers for the October craft show I'm in. Or prep food for the week. Hell, even laundry is preferable to working on the car because at least I don't have to think about it.
What a shitty thing to realize.
