mckitterick sent me the link to this video a while ago, with the note that he couldn't bear to watch it himself, but it might come in handy when I (finally) make the time to start practicing my shooting and then eventually get us our deer instead of relying on other local hunters. The process is amazingly tidy. Be aware, a dead deer actually gets skinned in this video, so please note and respect your ability/desire to watch things like this.
