You're only going one way...

This oven-baked jerk chicken sounds amazing. I'm gonna try this with a whole cut-up chicken instead of just the legs or thighs. I'm also gonna try these microwaved caramelized onions (without the brown sugar, obviously). mckitterick is allergic to raw onions, and the cutting and cooking of them makes his eyes sting. But maybe microwaving them wouldn't be as bad?
