I took a vacation day yesterday which was a good thing since Saturday was an emergency move day for a friend whose ex is a monstrous douchebag of epic proportions and I needed the extra day to recover.

I'm still a bit fatigued, but here are four old body weight exercises and a workout that incorporates them. It looks fun!
