After today's Discord watch-along (last episode 🔪💔😭💀) people were talking about what A Thing Guardian was when it first aired. I mentioned how McKitterick got invited in 2019 to a big SF literary convention thing in Beijing and Guardian showed up in their recap of recent SF highlights in Chinese media.
