Can someone please point me to the gif that has Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan walking down the street in the park and it fades to when they're walking together in Old Haixing? Or any gif that transitions between them in the modern day and Old Haixing. I found a Tumblr post that cries out for it.

To shake me out of this lethargic funk I've sunk into, I'm trying a checklist format to motivate myself. I do better with paper planner type things and I have several little field notebook things that a friend gave me years ago so I'm using one of those. Each day has three sections: Do Before Noon, Do Before 5, and then three options if I'm still feeling energetic/inspired. We'll see how this goes.

I'm hoping that putting "Internet shit" in the "Do Before Noon" section will keep me from obsessively checking my laptop for human contact all day. I'll do my usual Email/DW/Tumblr/Twitter in the morning and then leave it alone until I finish the rest of the stuff on the Do Before 5 list. I'll probably make exceptions for the rare Twitter pings I get, because human contact is still very much appreciated right now.

Inspired by[personal profile] plingo_kat's Twitter thread I started another Deconstruction missing scene fic. The first few paragraphs are all I've got so far, but it'll feature more shotgunning dope smoke (obvs) and sex-while-high (which I was sad to not write into the main fic but couldn't find a good spot for it so left it out).

In the weeks following Da Qing’s departure, Zhao Yunlan surprised himself with how rarely he was the one to initiate sex. Although their daily life hadn’t changed due to their married status, he’d expected some things to feel different— he just hadn’t expected that to be one of them. Granted, it was largely because all Zhao Yunlan had to do was grin in Shen Wei’s direction and his husband was on him like an octopus.

His husband. His husband! The fact still made him giddy with the joyful newness of it.

Shen Wei seemed to absolutely delight in married life. He smiled often—still softly, but he frequently held Zhao Yunlan’s gaze instead of looking away. And he was talking. They were talking. About their past, but also about Shen Wei's own. What he’d gone through, before Kunlun and after waking in this new world. It wasn't easy for him, but he was trying so hard.

Zhao Yunlan loved him so much.
