Lying in bed last night I got a zing of happy-excited adrenaline. I don't remember the last time I experienced that sort of giddiness. It was kinda fun, but also hey body, we need to sleep.
Feeling unsettled and on-edge today. I think my brain is ready for change but is having difficulty pushing through the membrane of inertia that it's been wrapped in for nearly two years. If anyone has suggestions on breaking out of stasis, I'm open to suggestions that aren't terribly physically taxing. I already pulled my right psoas muscle with some overenthusiastic yoga earlier this week.
