Wired earbuds?

I need recommendations for some wired earbuds, please. I thought my $$$ noise-canceling headphones had a mic option but oops they don't. And if I'm going to be doing tarot readings over the phone for the people who don't want to use Zoom, I need to have my hands free and not holding a phone! Anybody got experience/suggestions?

No recommendations for wireless earbuds, please! I've tried several brands and they just fall out of my ears.
