My arms and back are tired. Here's why )

My shoulder started to hurt a bit, but I decided to say fuck it and pushed through. And guess what? It doesn't hurt any more now than it did this time yesterday. Yay! I think I'm done with the healing portion and it's just time to start rebuilding strength there.

I need to get my Rawr attitude back. With winter coming on, I'm having a hard time getting motivated. It's not a matter of getting/staying solid for shorts-season (because, you know, I don't wear shorts). Winter is...well, it's just hard. Hard to get motivated to do anything more than sit on the couch, bundled up with blankets and books.

I'll run by the Merc this week to pick up a bottle of 5-HTP. I remember that helped a lot when I was having attitude/motivation issues a year or so ago. After I finished the bottle, it was fairly easy to keep going on momentum. That was pretty awesome.
