Work it!

Today was my second day of the killer arm workout and I managed to complete the minimum reps for the first four sets, with the exception of the renegade rows. I did the minimum reps for the additional two sets for everything but the squat-to-press (I did only ten) and the renegade rows (obviously). I would really love it if someone came over to rub my deltoids right now. I'm just sayin'.

Started the 5-HTP and am feeling worlds better, already. Hurray for energy and enthusiasm! I need my afternoon nap today, but did okay without taking one (or even a lunch break) yesterday. So for those of you who were worried about getting your dose of rawr from me, no fear! Rawr is not lost.
