This is mostly for my own records, but for those of you who are playing along at home, here is a list of the problematic vegetables I've found on various websites.

Fructose trouble foods

Fructose acceptable foods
Celery, Escarole, Mustard greens, Pea pods (immature), Potatoes (white), Pumpkin, Shallots, Spinach, Swiss chard

Bell peppers appear as okay and problematic in equal measure across various websites, so I'm cutting them, just in case. There are a lot of other foods that show up in contradictory lists, too. Turnip greens, mushrooms, and zucchini pop up in both lists, but seem to fall more commonly in the problem category. To err on the side of caution, I'll include them in my own don't list.

So, cross-referencing those two lists, here are the vegetables available to me:
Alfalfa, Bamboo shoots, Bok Choy, Celery, Escarole, Green beans, Mustard greens, Olives, Potatoes (white), Parsnips, Pumpkin, Spinach, Swiss chard. Does anyone see conflicts? Let me know. Those are the vegetables I'll incorporate over the next four weeks. I think I can live with that.

I'm also going to start incorporating regular Nauli practice. I know I have issues with stagnation in my intestines. This should help.

I do kind of wonder if I should suck it up and go see one of the Doctors Khosh here in town. God, they're expensive, though.

Now off to color my roots with [livejournal.com profile] nottygypsy and [livejournal.com profile] hdsqrl.
