    Last night for dinner, we were going to have steak, but the poor boy (suffering with a nasty headcold) asked for something spicy. So I quick-thawed the rest of the shrimp and made a dish based on a chipotle pepper sauce that was probably one of the best meals I've ever created. No cookbook, no real inspiration. Just off the top of my head amazing. I am really proud of it.

    I would post the recipe, but I'm seriously considering entering it in a recipe contest somewhere. If anyone knows of some good contests out there, let me know. I'll be checking some magazine websites today.
